Ivan earned a Bachelors degree from Augustana College before heading to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to pursue his Masters degree in Animal Behavior. Ivan oversees acquisitions & manages the improvement of our properties. He takes the health of the City very seriously; after all, being a City resident isn’t a spectator sport!
What’s your idea of The Perfect Day in STL?
I’d meet my brothers at Chubb Trail for a couple of hours of mountain biking (with only minor injuries sustained). Go home & grab my wife, Jenifer, & walk to Tropicana Market for live music, lunch & margaritas. After that, hang out in my garage & mess with my bikes & optimistically prepare fishing equipment for fish that probably will not be caught during an upcoming trip. Start rationalizing questionably necessary equipment purchases for both mountain biking & fishing. Dinner at home followed by Clint Eastwood’s Eiger Sanction.
What’s your favorite thing about the City?
City life is not a free lunch buy it’s a tasty one with interesting company!
