From a renter’s standpoint too, I can say that they are just excellent landlords. Every time I’ve put a call in for a maintenance request (my building is kind of old, so that just happens), they’ve been out if not the same day at the very least early the next day. There’s no waiting around or wondering whether they’ll come by...and their maintenance man Luther is top notch, a class act. Every time I’ve seen him he’s in high spirits, cheerful, and does a great job whatever the task may be. I’m never hesitant to let them know if something is going down in my neighborhood that may be kind of shady, as they are completely interested & invested...they know police in the area & are working to rid the place of crime.
