Founded in 1999, we all decided to ignore the whole “Never go into business with friends or family” advice. And thus far, we all still like each other. We’re an independent real estate firm based in Southtown who’s wildly passionate about helping folks buy & sell homes as well as developing & managing apartment buildings & mixed use properties.
We’ve been working our buns off to revitalize the Southtown Business District along Kingshighway. We seek out neglected/mismanaged properties, restore them & selectively rent to the types of businesses that make the City such a great place to be. Our services have grown to include a nationally recognized real estate brokerage, a mortgage division, property management company & development branch.
