Founded in 1999, Garcia Properties is a South City based real estate company. We specialize in the development & management of small apartment buildings & mixed use commercial properties. We currently own 275 units.
Garcia Properties is working passionately to revitalize the Southtown Business District along Kingshighway. We have sought out neglected and/or mismanaged properties, restored them & selectively rented them to the types of neighbors & businesses that make the City such a wonderful place to live & work. Our services have grown to include a nationally recognized real estate brokerage, a mortgage division &
a property management company.
